Monthly Challenges
Each month, we’ll be posting a new challenge for our students to complete. These challenges are designed to help you improve your technique, strength, and overall performance. We encourage all of our students to participate and push themselves to reach their goals. We’ll be tracking your progress and recognizing those who complete the challenge will have opportunities to be recognized.

How to Participate
For participation details in events, please listen for details from your child’s Sensei at the end of class. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to contact us.
