New Student Experience

Introduction and Tour  

When you arrive at our studio, one of our instructors will welcome you and give you a tour of the facility. You’ll get a chance to see our training areas, equipment, and amenities. We’ll also introduce you to some of our other students, so you can start making connections right away.

Orientation and Goals – Before your first class, we’ll sit down with you and talk about your goals for training in karate. We want to understand your motivation and aspirations, so we can help you achieve them. We’ll also go over our studio policies and procedures, and answer any questions you may have.

First Class – Your first class will be a beginner-level session where you’ll learn basic techniques and movements. Don’t worry if you’ve never done karate before – our instructors will guide you every step of the way. We’ll also pair you up with a more experienced student who can show you the ropes.

Ongoing Training – As you continue your training with us, you’ll progress through our curriculum and develop your skills and knowledge in karate. Our classes are structured to challenge you physically and mentally, while also fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. We also offer opportunities for you to participate in events and competitions, if that’s something you’re interested in.

Community and Support – At our karate studio, we believe that our students are like family. We’re here to support you, encourage you, and help you grow as a martial artist and as a person. Our community is diverse and inclusive, and we welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
