Everyone at Evolutionary Martial Arts follows our strong values. No matter if it is in Ephraim or Syracuse, our team is foremost focused on helping students be their best selves. This goes on the mats and off. It doesn’t matter why you train with us. You can be the greatest competitor in the world or a newcomer to martial arts. We will make sure you reach your personal goals while also developing the best person you can be. Our training emphasizes lessons that help kids martial arts students way beyond their time with us. The dedication, personability, and passion of our staff helps students lead successful lives way past their training.
History
Evolutionary Martial Arts has been striving to change lives for the better in Utah since 2014. It all began with our Syracuse martial arts studio and expanded to our Ephraim martial arts location in Nov. 2024. Evolutionary Martial Arts began under the vision of its original founders Jeff Price and Josh Durbin, and has continued to evolve through the commitment and support of dedicated families within the community. Under the leadership of Jeff and Jenna Price, the studio has grown into a thriving, student-centered program built on high standards, integrity, and a passion for empowering students on and off the mat.
With the expansion into Ephraim, we welcomed an additional owner dedicated specifically to serving that community, helping bring the Evolutionary Martial Arts experience to a new region while maintaining the core values that define our program. Today, the combined efforts of our owners, instructors, students, and families have transformed EMA into a strong, well-run organization with a team that brings diverse strengths and perspectives to every class and every student.
As time continues, we hope to serve as many people in Ephraim and Syracuse as possible, changing one life at a time through martial arts.

A 2-week journey, meeting twice a week. Your school benefits by retaining the $25 fundraising fee per student. Meanwhile, we instill essential martial arts skills, fostering confidence and performance opportunities for your students.
Elevate education with a guest Sensei in your PE class. Students learn fitness and martial arts from an expert, promoting well-being while having fun. A powerful fusion of learning and exercise.
Customized Assemblies
Energize elementary students with custom school assemblies that address vital topics like bullying and self-confidence. Our interactive demos not only inspire positivity but also leave a lasting impact, fostering a better school environment for all.
